Full media ownership is included with every package. After full payment, copyright in original Brick & Bearing-created finished deliverables transfers to the purchasing client through the written assignment process.
What ownership means
Use the finished media beyond a single listing window.
Once the assignment is complete, the purchasing client may use, edit, repost, provide to their brokerage or seller, and retain the original Brick & Bearing-created finished media without recurring Brick & Bearing licensing fees or an expiration tied to the listing.
- Copyright transfer occurs only after full payment and written assignment
- Applies to original Brick & Bearing-created finished deliverables
- RAW photos, unedited footage, project files and working/source files are not automatically included
- Third-party assets—music, fonts, stock media, Matterport/platform content—remain subject to their licenses
- Brick & Bearing retains a nonexclusive portfolio display right unless the client selects confidential/do-not-publish
Sensitive property?
Confidential / do-not-publish is an explicit option.
Occupied, luxury, military, high-profile or otherwise sensitive properties can be withheld from Brick & Bearing's public portfolio when the client requests confidentiality.
