Weather + aerial
Flight conditions do not hold the whole job hostage.
If weather, airspace, safety or legal flight conditions prevent aerial capture, the aerial portion is rescheduled at no additional charge. Unaffected ground media is still delivered on its normal timeline.
Travel
Bexar County is included.
Standard pricing includes service within Bexar County. Work outside Bexar County is quoted and approved before the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling
More than 24 hours' notice: no fee.
No rescheduling fee applies with more than 24 hours' notice. A late-cancellation/no-access fee has not yet been finalized and will not be charged until exact terms are approved and published.
Property integrity
Polished, not misleading.
We enhance presentation without digitally changing permanent property or neighborhood conditions in a way that materially misrepresents the listing. Virtual staging, if ever offered, is treated as a separate, clearly identified workflow.
Listing strategy
We stand behind the agreed brief.
If we miss an agreed shot priority or showcase something you specifically asked us to avoid, tell us. We'll correct that portion of the deliverable or recapture it when reasonably necessary and feasible, subject to access, safety and legal flight conditions.
