Are aerial photos really included?

Yes. Professional aerial photo coverage is included in every paid residential package, subject to legal airspace, weather and safety. We do not cap the deliverable at five images.

Do the military and JBGoodwin discounts stack?

Yes. Eligible JBGoodwin preferred pricing is applied first, then the additional 10% military discount, then applicable tax.

Is a floor plan included?

Yes. A professional 2D floor plan is included in every paid residential package. Approximate dimensions are for marketing/reference purposes only.

Do I need to be present?

No, unless access, occupancy, seller instructions or a requested strategy consultation require it.
