Yes. Eligible JBGoodwin preferred pricing is applied first, then the additional 10% military discount, then applicable tax.
Yes. A professional 2D floor plan is included in every paid residential package. Approximate dimensions are for marketing/reference purposes only.
For Core and Showcase, only if access, occupancy or seller instructions require it. For Campaign, the agent needs to be present for the on-camera introduction, outro and agent-led reel.
