Service terms
Plain-language service terms.
Booking expectations, payment, media ownership, confidentiality, property integrity and operating limits.
Booking and scope
The selected package, property-size adjustment, approved upgrades and documented listing-strategy instructions define the agreed scope. Preferred appointment times are requests unless and until Brick & Bearing confirms the appointment.
Turnaround
Photos, aerial media and standard 2D floor plans are delivered by the next business day. Video and social deliverables are delivered within 48 hours. Timelines assume the property is ready and accessible as agreed; material access or property-readiness delays may require a revised delivery time that Brick & Bearing communicates directly.
Travel and rescheduling
Bexar County travel is included. Outside-county work is quoted before confirmation. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice carries no rescheduling fee. No late-cancellation/no-access fee will be charged until an exact fee and policy are separately approved and published.
Aerial operations
Drone capture is subject to FAA rules, airspace authorization, weather, site conditions and operator safety judgment. When aerial cannot be captured safely or legally, that portion is rescheduled at no additional charge while unaffected ground media may be delivered normally.
Property integrity
Brick & Bearing enhances presentation but does not intentionally alter permanent property or neighborhood conditions in a way that materially misrepresents the listing. MLS-safe and branded/social outputs are separated.
Payment and copyright assignment
Copyright ownership in original Brick & Bearing-created finished deliverables transfers to the purchasing client only after full payment and a written assignment signed by Brick & Bearing's authorized representative. RAW photographs, unedited footage, working/project files and third-party licensed assets are excluded unless separately stated. Platform content remains subject to platform terms.
Portfolio permission and confidentiality
Unless the client selects confidential/do-not-publish, the client grants Brick & Bearing a nonexclusive right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing. Confidentiality can be requested during booking or before publication.
Listing-strategy correction promise
If Brick & Bearing misses an agreed shot priority or prominently showcases something documented as an item to avoid, Brick & Bearing will correct that portion of the deliverable or recapture it when reasonably necessary and feasible. This does not cover later strategy changes, property-condition changes, weather/access problems or newly requested deliverables.
Legal review
These terms are operational language and should receive appropriate legal review before being relied on as a final negotiated agreement for unusual or high-value transactions.
