Information we collect

When you book or contact Brick & Bearing, we may collect your name, email, phone, brokerage, property address, preferred appointment information, listing-strategy notes and other information you choose to provide. The complimentary-photo workflow also collects one uploaded image and your rights/eligibility confirmations.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to requests, plan and deliver services, maintain project records, communicate about your order, prevent abuse, improve the website and—only when separately opted in—send occasional marketing updates.

Analytics

Brick & Bearing uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and conversion activity. The site tracks meaningful interactions such as pricing views, booking starts, successful lead submissions, phone/email clicks and video engagement. Internal/developer traffic should be filtered only after testing.

Complimentary-edit uploads

Uploaded images are intended to be stored privately rather than in the public website directory. Initial policy: source uploads expire 30 days after completion unless the submission becomes part of a paid client/project record. A separate safety retention may apply before completion to prevent indefinite abandoned uploads.

Marketing consent

The free edit and paid booking are never conditioned on marketing consent. Any subscription checkbox is optional and must not be preselected. Unsubscribe requests are honored.

Access information

Do not submit alarm codes, lockbox codes or similarly sensitive access credentials through ordinary notes or email. Coordinate sensitive access details through a safer direct method.
